Subject: Losing contact with server

Don't know if it is my system or Freecell, but I have been having a problem with losing contact with your server in the middle of games. ie: while playing and half way or more through a game I get the lost server message and then the game goes back to the game several moves behind where I was. Any viable suggestions?

I am playing freecell 9/7

It's probably your wi-fi . Probably too many people are using the same wi-fi channel near you . Google how to change wi-fi channel ....Mike

It could possibly be a problem at the server end, but most of the time when I see that message, the problem is on my end - either latency or some other interruption in my ISP access, or a disruption in my wi-fi connection to my modem. I assume you realize that if you wait too long between moves, the server will disconnect your game, assuming that you are no longer playing. If disconnected, you can make 3 - 4 moves or more before your game will re-connect to the server. If you have been inactive for more than a couple minutes, I find it best to refresh your browser before making any moves. That way you can be sure you are connected.

Thanks Roger I was aware of that glitch. My problem seems to have grown horns. Now when I try to play Freecell I just get a line across the top of the green screen that says loading, but there is no action anywhere that it is actually loading and even after sitting here waiting 15 min or more the game never loads. I have run hardware scans and my system shows no problems. I am able to access other games on the site but not freecell. Please be aware I have been playing the game for years, almost from the beginning and I am a retired software test engineer so I should be able to find the problem but this bug has me completely bumfuzzled.
