Message:Hey Denny, thanks for passing along my ordering error to the proper folks. Appreciate the help getting it fixed. I should've been careful to select just one premium membership in the first place instead of three. As you suggested, I did register one of the memberships in my user name and I'm a premium user when I log in now. So, that's done and working great. Guess I'll be contacted or look for a credit from the order staff for the other two.
My wife also signed herself up for a premium membership, but in a separate order. Unlike me, she was astute enough to notice what she was doing and had no problem. Of course, If she'd been really astute she could've signed ME up too on the same order. She said she wasn't sure how to do that, ultimately resulting in extra work for everyone.
Bottom line, we're both premium users now and have meant to sign up a long time ago. Thanks for the fantastic well-maintained site. We love it.
