Message:I started playing Free Cell 20+ years ago. Loved it and still do. I am addicted. When I got a new computer, 20+ years ago and started my stats over and still currently have posted 15000 wins. I play random games on my old Microsoft XP Computer. I admit I have left games unfinished and started new ones when I couldn't win them but I did run up a streak of 2939 games which shows a 96% win streak with losses of 611. I'm proud of my total wins and thought I'd share it with some folks that like the game as well as I do. I am not sure of what you all are talking about with eg: 9X0 or 10X2.

In the Freecell versions played on this site, Ron, you can choose the number of columns and/or Free Cells you want. The "standard" 8x4 is one variant, which is also a "12-sum game."
9 columns and 3 free cells is also 12-sum. and 12 columns and zero free cells is also 12-sum. Some really like to challenge themselves with few or no free cells, and a minimal number of columns. They could add up to 9 or 10-sums, or even fewer.
But on the other hand, some like 15-or 16-sum games like 12 Columns and 4 free cells, or 10 columns and 6 free cells.
If you log in to "Play" you will see the tab "Standard" which includes a drop-down m en u of the available variants, or games, you can select.
