I'm wondering what the retention rate is on this site? I've chosen not to play on it anymore because of all the constant Pinterest pop-ups. That's pretty sad since I have only used it for about an hour total. That is a lot of pop-ups. Sometimes 3 in one game. What do you think? Keena

I don't notice pop ups either. I been here since 1997 myself; hard to say whether Buzz or me got here first. When I got here jcj, Christine and Zander, and Jeffmo were already here. And a bunch more who I'm not remembering right now. Anyway it was very much thriving.

Shelf retention for pop tarts is probably a few decades due to all of the preservatives in them. Really never liked them. Give me a good ol Twinkie any day.

Been here and not since about 1997-1998 or so. Plain Pop-tarts for me that extra sugar coating makes the way too sweet. I couls eat a box of unfrosted though.

This thread gave me a hankerin' for something breakfasty for supper. So, I'm fixing a big ol bowl of oatmeal w/craisins, walnuts and brown sugar. That should take care of my retention of too much fatty food over Thanksgiving.

Been here for AGES. IDK what other names I have used in the past. Dating WAAAAY back, I was "HippyChick" (but I'm so NOT a hippy!) SweetieHead was another. (my son called me that one day when he was a toddler - 22 yo now) HippyChick was thought up from the chat command where you could "do the hippy hippy shake shake". poptart came about from my football pick'em... I was Poptart McTwist (snowboarding terms)

I have been trying to kick this habit since 2001...at which point I realized that I had spent a significant portion of the previous three years of my life playing this game. As I approach 20 years playing on this site, I have no regrets. Pass me a pop tart, please.
