Embarrassing. I had, as you can see, the times and counts saved correctly. But for the expired check, I had (savetime - now < 14) instead of (now - savetime < 14). That always passes. Ugh.

Incidentally, I instrumented the code and there were 67 instances of should-be-expired streaks in the 12 and 11 sum variants. Come on Denny!

Least it was easy to fix. I wonder what Denny needs to do. He clearly has a reset for time_passed_per_variant_since_last_play that is getting set off by tournament play. Maybe he just needs to add a condition to that reset code...I mean it knows not to count tournament plays in streaks, so it knows the difference. But they are clearly not completely different fields. My bet it is pretty simple but not worth his time. Which I don't believe is true of the weird state of the 10x2 current list and all those old timers getting listed there. That is too strange to be easy. But your code should work now. And it seems like a solution with no downsides. James

I looked at the nicknames of the upper streaks that haven't played for a long time and several are showing that they are still playing a game, even though when you look at the last time they played, it's a long time ago. They just don't want to concede the loss I guess.

Punster, Yes that is a common phenomenon. Rather than press 'Give Up' many folks just make a new nick and start over. Every All Time list is full of them. James
