G'day quack. The early days in chat were lots of fun. I think olblue was the funniest of the lot and then there were platypus69, Miqueca, davidxz300, julia (also another card), mickyiw and heaps more. I can't remember any of the other Aussies though apart from sayerah and dede. Hope your family is well. You must be a grannie by now, or did I already know that?

Hey roo, not a grannie, neither son nor daughter wants to be a parent. Both are very busy with their business and are successful. What about your boys? How are they?

The older boy is a lawyer in the air force and is now stationed near Canberra. He got married in Nov 2015 and his wife is also a lawyer and working in Canberra. My younger boy finishes law school this year and already has a job with a law firm here in Adelaide. No guesses for the qualifications of his current partner but her occupation is different. Like you quack, I don't look like being a grandparent for a while, but my older son has the cutest greyhound you've ever seen. Too bad they moved to Canberra at the start of the year. I loved taking Frankie for walks. Yeah 'blue. Weren't you in the air force? Not as a lawyer though! I remember you spirited yourself away from david and me just as we were about to release an anvil on you. It was so funny. Another time we all turned up in different ol'colors. Then there was halloween when we all put on costumes. .hug quack .shake olblue

LOL! I do indeed remember all those ol'colors! We really had some good times in chat, I miss those days. Halloween was fun trying to figure out who each disguised chatter was, sometimes it was easy, sometimes almost impossible. I think I had more than a few anvils dropped on me....most likely at the end of one of my world famous jokes. hehehe. Actually, I was in the Marines, spent 4 years as a Crew Chief on the CH-53D Sea Stallion. .shake roo

Good seeing everybody in here. As for Halloween Parties, I once misled everybody and stayed unknown for quite a while. Somebody came in as The Lady in Red, and she lasted a bit. So, I chose The Lady in Black. Because so many folks assumed I was of the feminine gender, it took some crafty clues before I was outed. As for grandkids, I have two now. 70 years older than the first, and 75 years older than the second. Now being 76, I'm not sure if I will be 80 years older than the next, though...

quack, did you see the ducks in the background next to the shed? olblue, you did what everyone else used to do and that was to go .shake roo, because it never worked. I always went into chat as kangaroo. I looked at your pics again - I knew planes were in there somewhere. Glad you told us that you were the one with the hat on, no wonder you copped so many anvils but you always responded with "ouch?" as if you weren't sure if they hurt!! Snowguy, yes there were some good ones but some people gave themselves away easily, eg ponyghoul. Remember lafayette_the _imposter (something like that) who used to do the new year's eve parties?

Her, I remember very well. Her New Years Eve parties were legendary. (In a rather small circle, but one that spanned much of the globe.)
