Tricky game. Not so difficult once you get the right opening, but a lot of red herrings. Needed 5 tries. Good job solving it in streak play, d16.

Even then it took me another 5 tries. I had certainly never reached that position in any of my previous attempts. Comfortably the most difficult deal I've ever seen.

Won 5x8 27850-5 on the 3rd try, now 1/11. For a level 5 game of 5x8, not easy. Took me some time to find the right plan. As for 10x1 29455-5, it's now 4/268 and I think about half the tries are Byron's. Talk about determination!

Hey 49’ers fan. Great win. Spud is a fantastic player - both fast and a great solver. I liked the 8x1 and played it exclusively once I got to 14 wins but couldn’t get it to go. But, I was very sure it was winnable which, of course, you confirmed. Well done 👍.

Well done, very nice solve. Finally got it on my 20th attempt after at least an hour. Had a bad feeling about this one as soon as I failed on my first try. I got so close that I knew it had to be winnable, but it's often the case that the closer I get on the first try, the harder it is to solve.

Thanks guys. When I got to 15 I saw you got there 15min. before me , as usual. The fact that you didn't get it in 15min., it must be unwinnable. But I had 10min remaining so why not have a look? The kind of game you think you can get close only to eventually get stuck. Make a move and think that's it, wait, still can do this, that's it ,wait still have this, knowing I had to get to those red 9's buried at the bottom of column one, which looked impossible. Didn't get to the 9's till the very end, but it worked out. Then I thought it must be past the bell, only to find, to my surprise, there was still a min and a half left. Fun game cause I got, a bitch if I hadn't!

A pair of 7x3's from Spelunker and Traditional today. The Spelunker game (32550-7) was interesting because it requires focusing on one black ace and one red ace - but the choice of which is the tricky bit. Most of the tries on 12446 are by me, I'd just about given up on it being winnable then I saw it had been solved so had to keep going. Got there in about 20 tries. If you used the same solution as me I'm amazed you got it in 2 tries. I'm still working on this one solved by zippyquick in yesterday's Spelunker. So many possibilities it sent my head spinning. What's really annoying is that I'm sure I got the right idea once but I can't figure out how I got there. Game: 7x4 11635-9 Plays: 66 Wins: 1 Percentage: 1.52
