John, those are extremely common in a ton of variants. There are many winnable games that have never been played. IMHO something like 1/5 (after the win), or even 1/10, is kind of an informal threshold for posting on this thread.

Game #: 6x4 203-5 Game stats: 79/1/1.27% Elapsed: 2:55 Fourth try was a charm. What's interesting about this game is that I know I gave it multiple attempts over a decade ago because I ran through all of the unsolved 6x4's in the range 1-1000. If someone wants a challenge, it would be interesting to see if I left any other winnable 6x4-level 5's on the table. Currently. there are now 130 unsolved 6x4's in the 1-1000 range. If this held for all of the deals, then the winnable percentage for climate 5 should be at least 87%

User: Oded789
Message:
I don't think free's solver is off on that one: the winnable percentage for level 5 is 89.3%. Moreover, this is the single variant with the greatest disparity between this data and the actual win rate, which is 24.7% (well, on level 5 that is. On higher levels 6x5 beats that gap).

This game put me through the wringer. Played as a winnable, so psychologically that made it a little easier, and every time I thought I was at a dead-end, I kept finding some tiny way forward somehow. Game:- 6x5 #26586 Game stats:- 29/1 3.45% Time elapsed:- Let's not talk about that

Kaos, I just bagged #859 for you. #978 was tantalising but I couldn't get it - looks like one of those I would give up on in a tournament to protect my mental health, only for a WRAC or Kaos to solve it just before the bell.

Yeah, I'd be the first to argue I'm not the best all-around solver. I'm just much higher up the charts for top solvers vs. top speed players when you look at successful tournament players. I think if WRAC and I competed in a doubles solving tournament (where speed was not a factor) against Mastermind and Hop, we'd end up on the losing side most times. But, because WRAC, and now me, are fast enough through the easier games, we give ourselves enough time to pip a lot of tournaments at the end and get well known for it. Interesting to read that fee@last had run the 6x4 level 5's and gotten to 89.3%. That would mean there should be just twenty or so left on the table out of the first 1000.

User: Oded789
Message:
Kaos - that is assuming this 1-1000 batch is an average one, which might not be the case. There could be also 50 left or none at all (after the two Uberman and Mastermind solved).

This one I have to share. Most of the unwinnable 10x0 I've lost today were boring as hell, at least five had little as two moves to be made. But after losing 29408-5 I was sure I've botched something and was absolutely stunned to see 0/74. A few brief tries didn't give anything. Is it really unwinnable? I'd be surprised if that is the case.

Spud won a 6x5 AIO today by winning 31974-4, then 1/24, now 2/31. Linked below in a separate thread. The Zany Zero featured an interesting 9x0 in which you can easily send half the deck home and clear a column yet I'm not at all sure it's winnable (I'd put in some other 9x0 thread if it was possible to search for these), 32359-1.
