When a 13x0 is winnable, someone will win it, and there is only one winnable level 6 game (#26902, in case you want a challenge) with a win rate under 5% (and three such level 5 games).

6X5 19581-5 is now 39/1. I don't think this would be too hard for most of the better tournament players because they get used to opening sequence like the one needed here. The opening is: Just start out by clearing column 5, building on column 6.
