I think all that's accurate, but we've seen sooo many epic thriller-type closes the last few seasons that *any*thing was possible. The Rams needed about everything to go their way to have a serious chance, the way things evolved. They *almost* did until near the end. pop's Edel(man) was indeed "the man".
