WOW, what a happy surprise!

Took six replays to win what was a surprisingly easy solution!

Second time the game had a below average ELO on a low % 8x3x9 recently:

Not below average actually, it IS the average. When you see that it typically means you're the first to play it in streak mode so it's being rated for the first time. 

I see now. I guess it dropped. I think it was closer to 1650 recently. It was 1635 5 days ago. 

edit on that one 1635 was because I lost.

GOSH, 2-in-a-row!  This one also wasn't THAT difficult, imo:

Game: 10x0 21735-5;.....  Game stats: 31/1/3.2%/2182.348;.....  Player Elo: 2307.514 ▲ 2.647.

I'm looking for some difficult or unwon games of the 4x8 variety. I found a couple listed here and tried them, and they were more ridiculously easy. Both were level five. 

Also, after playing here for decades, I only just recently started paying attention to scores.

I always play in level 12, but I've noticed that a great many level 12 games have extremely high percentage rate of wins. Some even 100%. How can a game that every player has won be rated as high difficulty?

95% or so depends on the variant.  Plus..............levels (some of us call them "climates", for good reason - "weather" is what happens per day or week; "climate" is the overall general situation, relative to the rest of the world) are only a tiny part of the story.  Try some 10x1 climate 12s.  Or 8x3 climate 12s, if you want difficulty.  You've got a whole big world to explore.

Probably a tournament only game. Without being rushed it seemed about average for 8x3-9:

Tricky first few moves, but becomes easy after that:

Yeah, I'm sure it's winnable, but strongly recommend it be moved up to climate 9 or 10:

This one was a surprise!

Amazing how you could determine that the 3 previous games of that variant you drew were unwinnable in only 36,21, and 11 seconds - and then you nailed this difficult one in 4:11.  Your mind is lightning fast!

Silly, obviously the game is paused while I examine it!

Try looking at the time between games, if you are really THAT interested!?

That, of course...........but what's the point in pausing it? I've just never gotten this fascination with time.  In tournaments, sure.  But just for regular play......I just don't understand that.

Is average time recorded, listed, and sortable?

For any player, if one clicks on "Column Visibility", two choices are "Average Time", and "Total Time".  Similarly, when looking at the standings for any variant, those same options are available.  Seems like long ago, there was some discussion about that......but it was soon realized that some players were gaming the system by pausing games.  Thus it was irrelevant and discussion of same seemed to disappear.  At least that's this observer's memory.

Almost certainly........there's some self-aggrandizement angle, but it evadeth me 🤔.

I had this game in the wwcx yesterday, and carelessly lost it.   Then I won it on replay.

Although I was not credited with the win (or play, or 'Elo'), I think that the game was credited with the loss:

I would prefer for "replay" to be the "Mode", and get credit for the win/play as was done previously!

I think that this is going to result in an increasing discrepancy between 1) the total number of games played by game,

and 2) the total number of games played by player???

I am a little confused.  You want to replay the game you just played and get credit for the win/elo.  What if you lose it?  Do you want credit for the loss/elo?  Also, what would keep someone from replaying the game multiple times getting credit for the win and the elo every time?  

You could catch Hop really fast doing that.

I don't think that's how it used to work.  And, I'm fine with no 'Elo' credit for the replayed game.

Tony -- Everyone is faced with the fact that using REPLAY immediately tosses you into the Non-Scored mode, regardless of where you were previously. Keeping that in mind, rather than use REPLAY, switch to Custom and enter the various flavors and game number as required. You will be credited for the win or loss, but it will not impact a streak or Elo. Unlike some aspects of play, this one is explicitly stated. 

Thanks, Buzz.  I've thought about trying Custom Mode, but I've never done it before (or at least not recently).
