Message:I can't believe TN hasn't informed us of the untimely death of Dusty Hill, a member of ZZ Top. I never watched the infomercial guy. Can't think of a worse waste of time than watching ANY infomercial. I will watch GMA, sort of, but when they start hawking sh!t I turn them off!

Message:I used to be in charge of programming, well, for one program anyway. I got my start way before Mr Microphone (which would be a damn good screen name if we were no longer limited) as a nine year old selling cards and gifts on air as the child's voice for a AM radio station, which is why I know so much about boomer memory joggers. Here's one and it's...

Message:LOL! Excellent. At least K-Tel was selling a compilation by the original artists rather than crappy covers by a band called The Original Artists. (Even as a kid, I appreciated the hilarity of that.)

NO
But you might need one saying Don't Suffer Fools
I don't, it's ingrained in my blood

Message:I kept a purple jacket with big shoulders and a kind of futuristic look, from back then. The 80s really were pretty awesome. While I was out having fun, my mom liked Chips but I never watched it til the last few years. The roller disco thing was awesome to cringe by. Roller disco was a thing!

Message:They don't put doilies on muscle cars and hogs, the proper terminology is pinstripe. I had a buddy back then who really went overboard, he had his name painted in cursive on the side. Not something I'd do but still you got to admire a steady hand.

Message:I've got to say, I've probably done 100s. As an old school sign painter, our proper terminology for "cursive" is "script". And I know a bit about pinstripe. Most script names under the window I did were on race cars or semis.

Message:When they first had that foundation for a better life ad with you fill up my senses playing as they plowed through the ocean underwater on the part "like a sleepy blue ocean" I was absolutely horrified!!!! I am a very sensitive person! Maybe someone else noticed it because I haven't seen it that much since. Bad bad bad. Just horrible.
