A friend needed a ride to physical therapy, and I volunteered. As they hobbled off with their PT instructor, a lady who seemed to be 60-something sat next to me waiting for her instructor. She was chatting up everyone in the waiting area, including another instructor, to whom she said she sent an Imagine Dragons video that he might like. I raised an eyebrow at that -- most folks over about 40 years old have stopped listening to new music.
The facility was merrily streaming pop music throughout the place, and she would sing a few bars with every song. Some tune popped up that she particularly liked, and when she stopped singing she announced, "I love K-pop." I don't so much love K-pop, and I could tell by the lack of a gag reflex that the song was not likely K-pop. Sure enough, Shazam told me it was by some German artist called Zedd. She may not know K-pop from Deutsch-pop, but I give her a lot of credit for not being anchored in the 1970s.
Here's the hyperlink to what outskirts posted above, for those who didn't or couldn't bother to go to it:
Ike & Tina Turner Take you higher
That choreography is SOOO much better (and more interesting) than the 'industrial' stuff that has infected the music bizness in the last 10-15 years. And no lip-syncing. Super video and performance. I wonder if that's somewhere in Europe. The set/building somehow looks Italian, although that's purely speculation. Ultimately I like Sly's version better, but this is different enough that it's simply apples and pears. Deep funk vs. deep R&B. Thanks.

I ordered "white sauce" for my pasta at an Italian restaurant but was served Alfredo by the sweet young lady server...I was silent on the gauche misstep--she'll learn soon enough...or is it I who is in error? I expected *Italian* white sauce, i.e., primarily oil and butter...
Meathead...murder/suicide?
...upon further review: Rob Reiner and wife found stabbed, deceased.
Sad stuff.
*14 Hands* Cabernet, vintage '21...yes, tasty, aromatic!
I've heard rumors RFK and Peter Lawford partied with MM...lots of coke, too.
Some chef should come up with a "Leavitt/A.O.C." sandwich...like an order in the deli...
So, if AR winning ticket is lone, how much jumps AR's GDP? Some bean counter here can figure easily...
10x1 18154-8...it should be worth like ~2.5 points, though...
This is the ratio to evaluate "challenge" in FreeCell play: Elo thousandths/seconds to earn...keep 1 as measuring stick...
Right? If it's tough enough to take 10 minutes, earning .6 Elo sounds fair...
Since obviously, some mindlessly just move stuff around.
My fridge is telling me I need to change the filter. I am pretty sure I once bought a used fridge for $50. This filter costs $49.50. Good lord!
Gratefully, they have a 2-pack for $109. That's a -10% discount! Not as good as a 600% discount, but better than nothing. Am I right, or am I right?
I saw screaming on the television: hysterics!
That person had nothing to do with the mishandling of funds, even though he arrived in a 600 Series Benz.
Ouch on that filter cost Buzz. I’m pretty sure my fridge is the same. Samsung. It’s crazy loud and the filter cost is ridic. I just use a PUR filter for water now but for ice we must change the filter.
One thing with filters that isn’t super ridiculous, at least yet.. is this air purifier I got. I love it. I didn’t realize how well these things work. Like fully helps my allergies, ntm lessens all the dog hair.
Like earlier: 3200/600 (>5!)...for "competitive" play, and later 815/199...competitive play, no half-stepping, e.g.: like 2/85 or 1/whatever... pretending.
Suppose you can drink something that would make you invisible. You couldn't wear any clothes because the drink didn't make them invisible. However, you would have to carry a bag with clothes around with you or a container with the invisible drink for when the first drink wore off. Either way, people would know where you were even though they couldn't see you.
Now, while you were invisible, and you had to pee really bad, would people see your pee if you just peed where you were?
Asking for a friend.
He was initially protagonist, but in the end not for plurality, I suppose...
Deep and thoughtful questions there, firenze. Excellent use of the title of this thread to discuss micturition.

That dude portrayed Ted Bundy in film, I think.
The dynamic physics of Big Air snowboard dude (seemingly) about to land a 1080°, but "reverses" and hits a solid 900°...
"Reverse" used as noun solely, so above verb tense erroneous.

Brew Crew, I just started a new thread for these Olympics, if by chance you want to move your comment over there. Just a suggestion only......
Hilary Clinton's assessment of that young woman's honor was crude.
I never heard of "cedar fever" before November 2025. OMG. I suffered from miserable seasonal allergies when living in Kansas, particularly in the fall. Seldane came along and saved me, but it was found to cause strange rhythms in the heart (I experienced this), and it was pulled from the shelves.
Moved here some years ago, and experienced literally nothing until this fall. My symptoms have been pretty severe for a seasonal allergy, in this case caused by pollen from certain cedar trees prevalent in this area. I tried Allegra (marketed as a safer alternative to Seldane), but it does nothing for me. Zyrtec (aka Cetirizine) made me drowsy in the past, so I was avoiding it. Out of desperation, I tried Zyrtec again. Much better. I still experience some symptoms, but far less severe. One tablet in the evening, and a shot of flonase in the morning. I might just live through this; it's supposed to ease by the end of February.
With so much fabulous safety technology in NASCAR, it really pusses out anybody crashing...no big deal if you're not ACTUALLY risking your life to make moves on the track...I'm way sure I drove way more reckless (145mph) as a teen in UNSAFE autos without airbag seatbelt anything...
They'd sit around watching that until their eyeballs popped out of their noggins, jangling up and down on their coiled-up optic nerves.
