Subject: new rich text editor

I'm still getting the bugs out but I think it's mostly working.  Now you can paste pictures directly into the Discussion Board posts, no more having to upload them somewhere.  Just right-click Copy Image on the picture you want to post (or Select All/Copy or whatever) and then Ctrl-V to paste into a message.  Pictures are pretty darn big so there's a limit. Don't try to paste 10 pictures.

You can also select some text and then you'll get a little menu of things you can do to the text: bold, italics, underline, set text or background color, or link.

The text formatting part doesn't really behave on my tablet/iPad but it's not worse. And the image stuff seems to work.
